9/11 Commoration

We have posted a large number of pictures from The 9/11 Memorial on our website. Sincere thanks to our Master of Ceremonies, Murray Jamieson, and speakers: US Embassy representatives, Paul Fiffick and Janine Burns; Rev Peter Beck; Rev Chris Chamberlain; Paul McGill, National Commander, NZ Fire Service; Councillor David Cox; Dan Coward, Area Manager, Christchurch Metro Area, NZ Fire Service; and William Adam Dunn from St Andrews College Pipe Band who played the Lament to the victims of 9/11.

Thanks to our own Members who were able to attend. I think all would agree it was a very meaningful ceremony. Sincere thanks to Amy Gardiner and Bruce and Anna Barker for the photographs that are on our website.
